VE1: Change in personnel

Correction for the typing error in Resolution No. 90A/2020/NQ-HDQT VE1 dated 17/04/2020, VNECO 1 Electricity Construction JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Hao Dan has resigned from Chair of the Board and only assumes Member of the BOD with effect since 28/10/2019
- Mr. Do Nhu Hiep - Member of the BOD has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 28/10/2019
