VPS: VPS allowed to postpone the 2020 annual general meeting

According to Official Document No.2268/DKKD-THKT dated April 09, 2020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (stock code: VPS)  was allowed to extend the deadline for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders but not more than six months from the end of the fiscal year. Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company asked permission to convene the Annual General Meeting until the end of June 2020.
