SCD: SCD allowed to postpone the 2020 annual general meeting

Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company (stock code: SCD) has received Official Document No.2879/DKKD-THKT dated April 22, 2020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City approving the extension of deadline for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders but not more than six months from the end of the fiscal year. Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company asked permission to convene the Annual General Meeting in the period after April 30, 2020 and before July 01, 2020.
