LAS: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 219/2020/CV-SPLT dated 20th April 2020 of Lam Thao Fertilizers & Chemicals Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Canceling the shareholder list for holding the 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 30th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health and rights of the shareholders and strengthen the prevention of Covid-19 spread, the company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
