Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 29, 2020 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors unanimously decided to cancel the record date of March 18, 2020 which was for determination of shareholders for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
2. The Board of Directors unanimously approved another plan for holding the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Estimated record date: June 01, 2020

-       Estimated meeting date: June 27, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Phuong Nam Guest House, 252 Nguyen Trai, Nguyen Cu Trinh ward, district 1, HCMC.
