    The Board resolution dated May 16, 2020, the BOD of FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company approved the contents of the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

• The business result in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Audited financial statements in 2019;
• Report on the BOD activities in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Report on the Supervisory Board activities in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Plan for 2019 & 2020 profit distribution;
• Report on the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Report on the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Report on the supplement of business lines;
• Report on the resignation of member of BOD;
• Report on the additional election of Independent member of BOD;
• Report on the resignation and additional election of Head of Supervisory Board;
• Other issues (if any).
