On May 18, 2020, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announces the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

-          Meeting date: 9:00, June 02, 2020

-          Meeting venue: 145 Ly Chinh Thang, ward 7, district 3, Hochiminh.

• Report on the business result in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Audited financial statements in 2019;
• Report on the BOD activities in 2019;
• Report on the Supervisory Board activities in 2019;
• Plan for 2019 & 2020 profit distribution;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Plan for the bond issuance with covered warrant to public and/or private bond issuance, purchasing treasury shares.
• Appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Le Hoang Yen as member of BOD of CII to replace Mr. Kang Sang In according to the decision by the Board of Directors.
• Change of the company’s head office address;
• Other issues (if any).
