On April 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of approved the cancellation and time extension of holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020:

- The BODs approved the cancellation of the record date for the 2020 holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (March 20, 2020).

- The BODs approved to hold Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

Meeting date: June 24, 2020 

Meeting venue: Minh Toan Galaxy, 306 street 2/9, Hoa Cuong ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.
