Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 29, 2020 as follows:

-       Approving a record date to vote in writing for the rules of online Annual General Meeting (record date: May 19, 2020);

-       Approving to send ballots to shareholders to vote in writing for the rules of online Annual General Meeting.
