HTI: HTI allowed to postpone the 2020 annual general meeting

IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTI) has received Official Document No.3041/DKKD-THKT dated April 28, 2020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City approving the extension of deadline for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders but not more than six months from the ending date of the fiscal year. Therefore, the Company will convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
