THI: Decision on tax penalties

Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Dong Nai Province dated March 30, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND 33,901,354

-       Value added tax arrears in 2018: VND 1,186,364

-       Corporate income tax arrears in 2018: 168,320,406

-       Late payment: VND 18,382,853.
