The Board resolution dated April 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the plan for increasing charter capital of Dong Do Real Estate Com Ltd.

2. Approving the plan for transferring 23.18% charter capital of Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.5 – JSC to Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (HPX) when these shares are eligible for transfer in accordance with the Law.
