TEG: TEG asks permission for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements Pursuant to the regulations on the disclosure of financial statements, the listed companies must announce their financial statements as follows:
- Disclosing the quarterly financial statements within 20 days from the ending day of quarter; in case an extension is allowed, the delay will not be more than 30 days from the ending day of quarter.
- Disclosing the annual financial statements within 90 days from the ending day of fiscal year; in case an extension is allowed, the delay will not be more than 100 days from the ending day of fiscal year.
- Disclosing the annual report within 20 days after the disclosure date of the audited financial statements, but no more than 120 days, from the ending day of fiscal year.
However, due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, it takes more time to collect papers, make reports and consolidate financial statements. Therefore, Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company sent documents to the State Securities Commission and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to ask permission to delay the disclosure of the 2019 financial statements, the annual report and the financial statements of Quarter I of 2020.
