BVH: Postponement of the disclosure of financial statements & the holding of annual general meeting

Due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, BaoViet Holdings asked permission from the authorities to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting and the disclosure of financial statements and received approval as follows:

-       The 2020 Annual General Meeting of BaoViet Holdings, which was scheduled on April 28, 2020, will be convened before June 30, 2020.

-       BaoViet Holdings is allowed to disclose the audited consolidated financial statements of 2019 before April 25, 2020.
