SMB: SMB allowed to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

On April 15, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Lak Province issued a document allowing Sai Gon – Mien Trung Beer Joint Stock Company (SMB) to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020. Accordingly, the company will take place the Annual General Meeting before June 30, 2020.
