      The Board resolution dated April 15, 2020, the BOD of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation approved to change the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

• Expected meeting time: 13:30, April 27, 2020
• Meeting venue: Street ĐT 747, area 7, Uyen Hung ward, Tan Uyen town, Binh Duong.

Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
