QCG: Postponement of disclosure of annual report

Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HOSE: QCG) sent documents to the State Securities Commission to ask a permission for the postponement of disclosure of the 2019 audited  financial statements until April 30, 2020 due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and received the written approval by the State Securities Commission.

However, in order to ensure that the data of the 2019 annual report match with the audited financial statements of 2019, the Company requests an extension of the deadline for the publication of the 2019 annual report until May 20, 2020 (20 days after the date of report of the 2019 audited financial statements).
