DIC: Postponement of disclosure of annual report & financial statements

DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DIC) sent documents to the State Securities Commission and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to ask a permission for the postponement of disclosure of the 2019 annual report until June 20, 2020 and the Quarter 1.2020 financial statements until May 31, 2020 due to force majeure.
