HAG: Disclosure of information on court decision

On April 07, 2020, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company received Decision No.001/2020/QDST-KDTM dated March 30, 2020 by the People’s Court of Gia Lai Province regarding the suspension of business case resolution of plaintiff FPT Capital.

Reason: The parties completed obligations in the capital contribution contract dated December 19, 2011 to each other. FPT Capital withdrew the entire claim and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company withdrew the entire counterclaim.
