GAS: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the BOD of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation approved to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020, but no later than June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
