CSV: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the BOD of South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

-       To extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020. The details will be informed later.

-       To cancel the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 of April 03, 2020.
