GAS: Board approves the addendum drafts with PV Power and PVPower NT2

On March 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PVGas) issued Resolution No.32 approving the drafts of the adjustment, supplementation for the gas sale and purchase agreements between PVGas with Petrovietnam Power Corporation (PV Power) and PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company (PVPower NT2) regarding the gas consumption in Sao Vang – Dai Nguyet mines.
