TCD: Board resolution on seeking shareholders’ approval in writing Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCD) announces the Board resolution dated March 31, 2020 as follows:
1. The Board of Directors approved to send ballots to shareholders in May 2020:

- Record date: April 21, 2020
- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
- Time for collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing: from May 06, 2020 to the end of May 19, 2020.
2. The Board of Directors approved the contents of ballots:
- Document on issuing convertible bonds to strategic investors;
- Document on choosing an independent audit firm;
- Document on authorizing the Board of Directors to execute transactions with related parties and un-related parties with the value not more than 35% of total assets of the Company in 2020;
- Document on authorizing the Board of Directors to issue bonds to mobilize capital with the value not more than 35% of total assets of the Company in 2020;
- Document on amending the Company’ Charter;
