EVG: Approving the policy of increasing charter capital of subsidiaries The Board resolution dated April 09, 2020, the BOD of Everland Investment Joint Stock Company (Everland) approved the policy of increasing charter capital of subsidiaries:
1. Approving to increase charter capital of Crystal Holidays Joint Stock Company:
- Current charter capital: VND 100,000,000,000
- Charter capital after increasing: VND 250,000,000,000
- Capital increase form: to issue shares to existing shareholders
- Additional issue volume: 15,000,000 shares
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Total value: VND 150,000,000,000
- Purpose: to supplement working capital
- Time of implementation: 2020
- Current ownership ratio of Everland: 89.4% charter capital
- Number of shares allowed to be registered for purchase by Everland: 13,410,000 shares
- Total value: VND 134,100,000,000.
2. Approving to increase charter capital of Everland Phu Yen Joint Stock Company:
- Current charter capital: VND 90,000,000,000
- Charter capital after increasing: VND 250,000,000,000
- Capital increase form: to issue shares to existing shareholders
- Additional issue volume: 16,000,000 shares
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Total value: VND 160,000,000,000
- Purpose: to supplement working capital
- Time of implementation: 2020
- Current ownership ratio of Everland: 60% charter capital
- Number of shares allowed to be registered for purchase by Everland: 9,600,000 shares
