VNL: VNL allowed to postpone the 2020 annual general meeting

On April 10, 2020, Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (stock code: VNL) received Official Document No.2195/DKKD-THKT dated April 07, 2020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on extending the time to convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 but not more than six months from the end of the fiscal year. Therefore, the Company will convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
