CAG: Cancellation of record list for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 39/CV-CAG dated 22nd April 2020 of An Giang Port Joint-Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25/3/2020
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated development of Covid – 19 epidemic.
