SBBS: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020

Saigonbank – Berjaya Securities Joint Stock Company (SBBS) announces the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was convened on April 24, 2020, as follows:

Article 1: Approving the report of the Directorate.

Article 2: Approving the report of the Board of Directors.

Article 3: Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.

Article 4: Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.

Article 5: Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to choose an audit firm for SBBS in 2020.

Article 6: Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to decide the relocation of head office.

Article 7: This resolution shall take effect from date of signing.
