BVH: BVH asks for the extension of submission of financial statements

BaoViet Holdings sent documents to HOSE to ask for the extension of submission for financial statements.

-           For financial statements in Quarter I/2020: May 22, 2020, due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic.

However, the request of BVH will be reviewed by the State Securities Commission.

>   CMX: CMX allowed to extend the time to hold AGM 2020 (22/04/2020)

>   CRC: CRC allowed to extend the time to hold AGM 2020 (22/04/2020)
