CMX: CMX allowed to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

On April 20, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ca Mau Province issued a document allowing Canimex Group Joint Stock Company (CMX) to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020. Accordingly, the company will take place the Annual General Meeting before June 30, 2020.
