BHN: BHN allowed to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

On April 24, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City issued a document allowing Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (BHN) to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020. Accordingly, the company will take place the Annual General Meeting before June 30, 2020.
