CKG: Cancelling the record date & holding AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated April 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group approved the following issues:

1. Approving to cancel the record date (March 25, 2020) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020.
2. Approving to cancel the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2020 in April 2020
3. Approving to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Record date: May 14, 2020

-       Meeting time: expected in May 2020

-       Meeting venue: Royal Palace Restaurant, Lac Hong Villa Area, Rach Gia, Kien Giang.
