BDW: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the document no. 92/CTN-KTTC  dated 10th April 2020 of BinhDinh Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date of 1st April 2020
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the organization of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has difficulties due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control imposed by competent authorities, the Company decided to change the date of holding 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
