BSH: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the document No. 33/2020/CV-BSGHN dated 13th April 2020 of Sai Gon – Ha Noi Beer Corporation regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of BSH shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th February 2020
Reason for cancellation: Due to the global outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and recommendations of state authorities on travel restrictions.
