AGP: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the document No. 04/AGP dated 14th April 2020 of Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 6^th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health and safety of shareholders and to enhance the prevention of Covid-19, the Company requested to cancel the list of securities owners for attending the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
