VNM: Cancellation of record date and meeting date for AGM 2020

On April 16, 2020, Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company announces the cancellation of record date (March 23, 2020) and meeting date (April 24, 2020) for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic.

The Board resolution No. 03 dated April 15, 2020, the BoDs of Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company approved contents as follows:

-       New record date for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020: May 11, 2020.

-       New meeting date for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020: June 26, 2020.
