VID: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

To comply with the recommendation of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam to limit crowded events to safeguard shareholders and community due to Covid-19 epidemic, Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation (stock code: VID) would like to announce the postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and will convene the meeting at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
