VCB: Board resolution on the establishment of branches and a trading office

On March 17, 2020, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) received official documents from the State Bank of Vietnam. Accordingly, Vietcombank was allowed to establish Hoi An, Dak Nong, Hoa Binh Branches and Son Duong Trading Office.
