SJF: SJF allowed to delay the annual general meeting

Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company (SJF) has received the approval from the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City to delay the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders within 06 months from the ending date of fiscal year. Therefore, the meeting will be convened at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
