TCD: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCD) sent documents to the authorities to ask permission to extend the holding of the 2020 Annual General Meeting until an appropriate time before June 30, 2020 to comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.

Besides, Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company will keep the shareholder list on the record date of March 20, 2020 for the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
