PC1: Board resolution on contracts with wind power companies

According to the Board resolution dated March 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company approved the policy on contracts and transactions between Power Construction Joint Stock Company with Phong Huy Win Power Joint Stock Company and Phong Nguyen Win Power Joint Stock Company, as follows:

−      Object of contracts: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract; Wind power project management and consulting services; other services.

−      Value of contracts: the value of each contract will be less than 35% of total assets of PC1 in the latest financial statements.

−      Effective date of contracts: from March 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
