VHM: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of shares

The Board resolution dated March 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) approved to receive the transfer of shares of Vinhomes Industrial Zone Investment Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, VHM will become the parent company of Vinhomes Industrial Zone Investment Joint Stock Company.
