KMR: BOD resolution on the finanical leasing at Vietinbank Leasing

The Board resolution dated March 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Mirae Joint Stock Company approved the financial leasing at Vietinbank Leasing – Ho Chi Minh Branch, including:

-       Leases the equipment and machinery back: 1,042,486,553 dongs (including 10%VAT)

-       Equipment and machinery leasing: 2,425,000,000 dongs (including 10%VAT).
