NAF: Approving the plan for the private placement of shares

The Board resolution dated March 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved the plan to implement the private placement of shares as follows:

-       Stock name: Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       Registered offering volume: 905,950 shares

-       These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.

-       Offering price: VND 13,043/share

-       Offering object:

-       These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering

-       Estimated mobilized capital: VND 11,816,305,850

-       Purpose: to supplement working capital

-       Ratio: 2.04%

-       Time of implementation: in 2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
