HAR: BOD approves to delay AGM 2020

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic, the BOD of An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company decided to cancel the record date for the holding of Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2020. Accordingly, the BOD approved to delay the Annual General Meeting 2020 until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
