CTF: BOD approves to delay AGM 2020

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic, the BOD of City Auto Corporation approved to delay the Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 25, 2020. Accordingly, the time to hold the Annual General Meeting as follows:

-       Meeting date: expected in June 27, 2020

-       Meeting venue: New World Hotel, 76 Le Lai, Ben Nghe Ward, district 1, Hochiminh.

    If the epidemic situation of Covid-19 is under safe control, the company will have new notice to shareholders.
