GIL: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated March 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

-       Record date: March 25, 2020

-       Meeting date: April 20, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Hac Dich Industrial Cluster, Trang Cat Area, Hac Dich Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

• Report on the business result in 2019 and business plan in 2020;
• Report on the plan for profit distribution in 2019;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Report on the bond issuance;
• The Chairman of BOD will concurrently hold the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• Other issues.
