DQC: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2020 & dividend payment

The Board resolution dated March 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Record date: March 26, 2020

-       Meeting date: expected in April 25, 2020

-       Meeting venue: lot HT-2-2, Street D2, Tang Nhon Phu B Ward, district 9, Hochiminh.

2. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2019:

-       Record date: March 26, 2020

-       Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share).
