According to March 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the capital contribution by purchasing shares in the additional share issue of Ha An Real Estate Investment Trading Joint Stock Company. After the share issue for capital increase of Ha An Real Estate Investment Trading Joint Stock Company, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company will own 99.99%.
