The Board resolution dated February 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020:

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Meeting time: April 2020

-       Meeting venue: 498 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.

2. Approving the cash dividend payment for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 15%/share (1,500 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: expected in April 14, 2020.
