    The Board resolution dated March 02, 2020, the Board of Directors of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

-       Meeting venue: lot III.1.2, Khai Son Industrial zone, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province.

• Report on the business result in 2019 and business plan in 2020;

• Report from the Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Audited financial statements in 2019;
• Approving the plan for the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2020;
• Approving that the Chairman of BOD will concurrently hold the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO);
• Approving the resignation and appointment of member of BOD;
• Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Approving the plan for profit distribution and dividend payment;
